First project I've ever felt proud of 🙂

I have a proud moment! I did a thing! I'm so excited about this 😁

For context, I have ASD, mild Dyspraxia, PTSD and Imposter Syndrome (something I didn't believe in until my therapist explained that I struggle with it).

I've never been able to feel a sense of accomplishment and I have often looked at my creative projects as complete rubbish. But I'm determined to break that thinking.

A week ago, this was three sprues of unassembled model. All grey plastic and a flat, black base. Today I sat down to paint it.

Every bit of paint, every speck of rust, every mound of mud. Base coat, shade and wash. I did this 😁

Introducing my Ultramarine successor chapter: Verdant Sentinels.

I taught myself how to do drybrushing, brush care, proper techniques. I'm actually proud of myself for something I have done 🙂
