had an idea: 💡
building model number 2 of my Ratling Kill Team™️and contemplating how to make a 25mm base interesting but not overwhelming and i had the idea of using two very different basing textures. I used the Monument Hobbies Coarse Grey Earth which is thicker with a coarse texture and then filled in around it with Bear Cavalry My Name is Mud which is thin and loose with varying sizes of grit mixed in. The plan is to let it dry and then prime over everything and hit it with a quick dry brush and Aggaros Dunes contrast 🤷
